Katie Woods brings more than a decade of experience in marketing and banking services to her role with the Ticor Title team in Central Texas. While she is newer to the title and real estate world, she has spent her career learning how to turn strategy, education, and technology into practical, real-world results for the people she works with.

Katie's approach is personal. She is at her best when she can take a lot of moving pieces and shape them into a clear, workable plan. Clients and partners describe her as creative, dependable, and supportive, and they often bring her the challenges no one else has been able to solve.

A proud Central Texan, Katie has deep roots and strong relationships throughout the local community, including with builders and lenders across the region. She holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology, from Texas State University. Her credentials include Google Ads Manager 360, Advanced Search Advertising, and Google Ads Display certifications, along with recognition as a Friend of the Chamber and membership in the National Society of Leadership and Success.

Beyond her work, Katie serves as a Director for the Bertram Chamber of Commerce and stays active in the community she calls home. Originally from Shiner, Texas, she has lived in Bertram for the past 15 years with her husband and two children. When she is not working, she is usually with her family, involved in something local, or happily lost down a research rabbit hole.
